Appointments

 

 

Your first visit will be approximately one hour, we will go over your intake forms, take an in depth health history, and come up with an individualized plan. Return visits are generally 45 minutes depending on complexity. We will work together to figure out what length of visit works for you.

 

Before your first visit be sure to log into your patient portal and fill out the questionnaire.  If you have questions or have trouble logging in, please call the office.

Fees

 

Adult Comprehensive first visit: $200

Adult Return visit:

• up to 30 minutes: $100

• 45 minutes: $150

• 60 minutes: $200

 

First visit for children under 13: $180

Return visit for children:

• up to 30 minutes: $100

• 45 minutes: $135

• 60 minutes: $180

Policies

 

Phone Calls/Emails: there is no charge for questions related to previous recommendations. Questions extending beyond this area will be charged.

 

Payment: Payment is due in full at the time of service in the form of all major credit cards, cash, or check.

 

Cancellation: If you need to cancel your appointment, twenty-four hour notice is required. If notice is given less than twenty-four hours, you will be billed a cancellation fee.

Insurance

 

We are not currently able to bill insurance, as insurance companies do not cover naturopathic services in NY.
